Definitely not beach ready. Lol Found this beautiful beach inside Acadia National Park. We were so surprised to see one when we were driving through the mountains. So glad we stopped by and took photos. Still didn't do justice of how it looks like in real life. Then again, no photo ever does. Haha. With this edit, I used @lightroom to add my own preset. I've noticed I've been extra irritable for the past week. It's been difficult trying to reign my feelings in, especially when it comes to disciplining Izzy. At first, I thought I was just being hormonal. But then it goes downhill after that. So let's talk about signs of depression. It's been a minute since I talked about this, but it doesn't mean it's gone. I've talked about how being depressed doesn't mean that you are crying all the time. You can be smiling but still have it. It just comes and goes. So what are some of the subtle signs that could mean you're going through depression? It's different with every person. Aside from the excessive crying, feeling of hopelessness, loss of appetite, disinterest in socializing.. there are other signs you should watch out for. Like anxiety, feelings of guilt, lack of concentration, and even something as natural as irritability. So try to acknowledge and assess your feelings from time to time. Happy October 3rd! How's your day so far? Mine has been very unproductive and just being lazy for most of the morning. And I'm forgiving myself for it. I have days like this and it doesn't make me a bad mother to my daughter or a bad wife to my husband. At least that's what I tell myself anyways 😂. Spot the difference (aside from the preset). Lol. One of the most popular spots for photos in Brooklyn. I guess you have to come here very early in the morning if you want the place to yourself. And it's crazy cause it's an actual road that cars go through. It's such a beautiful place though. I would love to come back during sunrise or sunset. How do take photos at crowded places?
